Campaign Analyst

Key Responsibility:

A successful Campaign Analyst will be a fast learner, hardworking, flexible, resourceful and comfortable working independently. SPLICE provides an innovative and leading edge voice marketing solution and training will be provided on audio related responsibilities.

  • Server Set up
    • Copy data and audio files between computers
    • Run preview calls
  • Monitor Calls
    • Setup call monitor pages and periodically review for errors or unusual statuses
  • Audio Quality Assurance
    • Review written audio script
    • Review audio content against script
    • Review audio quality
  • Data Processing & Ad Hoc Reporting
    • Adjust configuration files for customer's needs
    • Modify the database for unusual data setup
    • Query the database to retrieve statistics
  • Identify & Participate in Implementing Improvements in our Campaign Process
    • Support client satisfaction
    • Drive continuous improvements in campaign execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiar with basic Linux/Unix command line commands
  • Must know basic SQL queries and SQL modification queries
  • Make judgments on call status and call quality
  • Knowledge of audio tools like Audacity for audio review
  • Good ear for audio quality
  • Diligence with reading and audio content review
  • Understand and edit configuration files
